Part 1. Why did you start cosplaying?

The first opportunity is invitation of a friend. I love "Touhou" that was popular at that time,
My friend suggested  "Why don't you try cosplay?" When going to a large-scale Dojinshi convention with just a light feeling.
At first I looked no more than wearing no makeup.

Part 2. What do you care about most when cosplaying?

Make-up is more important than anything else. It's the first thing to keep a basic makeup method.
Next, I mainly use eye makeup where the most impressive thing is changed.
How to use is different depending on the character.

  1. I change the way of hanging and pulling the eyes in taping and draw rough eye sizes and shapes with eyeliner.
  2. Draw a double width with double line fakers, paint eye shadow and produce color and 3-dimensional feeling around the eyes.
  3. Make a eye bags to match each characters.
  4. Shade the eye bags in 3-dimensions.
  5. Attach eyelashes to match each characters.

In the female character's cosplay, the other commitment is "lip".I use it while blurring the gradation lip so that it will become more dominant as heading to the center as much as possible. After the lip, I'll add a gloss with just a transparent gloss.

There is one more point. It changes contours with taping.

In the male character's cosplay, put the shading after hanging diagonally up so that the contour becomes thinner.
In a female character, it's a feeling of lightly hanging the outline from the ear.
What is most important about is to keep in mind how to change the way you show different characters in different colors and makeup.

Part 3. Tips for creating props and setting wigs

For wigs of flipping and bangs, make a hair bundle from what reduced the wig and put it on wigs to make it 3-dimensional.
Regarding the sideburns, I try to reproduce while looking at the original picture.
I cut a long wig such as a wig of Ramuda Amemura from "HYPNOSISMIC"etc, and then made all hair that was cut into a hair bundle and made it for fliping part.I don't often make croping, but I always select materials to be in the form of actual weapons and armor.
It's easy to process and uses easy-to-paint materials.

Part 4. Your best cosplay memories

I have plenty of memories what I went to a lot of locations.
I often perform outdoor, but the impression when I was able to reproduce the view of the world where characters exist in nature is bigger than the studio.
Also, on the way home, I eat delicious sake and dishes of the land. I can smack one's lips (lol)
Another impressive memory is that "I knew you from the beginning of cosplay! I started cosplaying because I thought that I wanted to change beautifully in comparison photos," he said.
I'm very happy if I'll be the catalyst for someone's growth in life.

Part 5. Tell us about your future cosplay plans

Q. Who are you planning to cosplay next?

My next cosplay is Emiya Kiritsugu from "Fate/zero" and Amakusa Shiro from"Fate/Grand Order" .
Besides, it's Ramuda Amemura and Jakurai Jinguji in the TDD era from "HYPNOSISMIC".
Q.Where do you usually cosplay?

Besides the studio, I'm shooting in the forest and mountains.
Q. What is "cosplay" for you?

It's an important hobby that raised self.

Part 6. A final word

It's an honor to have the chance to post such a page this time.
I've been cosplaying for seven years, but I really would like to say this.
"Cosplay is an irreplaceable experience for your life if you enjoy it properly." I'll always review my own fixes and continue my activities while continuing my own study.
Thank you for your continued support.
